Withdrawal of Consent / Right to be Forgotten
If at any time the User would like to modify the personally identifiable data that we have stored for them on our website they can do so by logging in to their account and making the necessary changes. Users can also modify their newsletter subscription status through their account.
Each user of our website can exercise their right to be forgotten. To do this users should email [email protected] expressing their wish to exercise this right along with their name and any relevant order details.
Within 48 hours (not including weekends and UK public bank holidays) of a request being made we will completely delete all personally identifiable data that we hold for the user including any associated order information and if applicable the users account with us will also be permanently closed.
